Who processes your data

What we collect

• When you order: name, phone number, delivery address (if you choose delivery), comment, order contents, time and amount.
• If you order via Telegram: your Telegram user ID, so we can send order status updates.
• If you rate an order: the rating and your feedback text.

Why, and on what basis

To accept, prepare and hand over your order and contact you about it (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and for bookkeeping (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)). We send no advertising and never sell data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as Latvian accounting law requires, then deleted or anonymised.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider in the European Union (processor). If you use Telegram, Telegram processes data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart and contact details (so you don’t have to type them again) are stored only in your browser (localStorage); you can clear them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing — write or call us. You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
